Your First Visit

When you enter the office, our front desk staff will greet you with a smile and answer all your questions. Then you’ll meet with Dr. Andrew to discuss your past health history, current conditions and goals and expectations of care. Dr. Andrew wants to get a complete picture of your objectives to help design a care plan tailored to meet your personal goals.

Next, he’ll conduct an in-depth range of motion, orthopedic and neurological examination to determine if chiropractic care is a good fit for you. If it isn’t, he will tell you that right away and help direct you to the proper healthcare provider for your needs.

If he believes chiropractic can help you, he’ll generally explain what he found in his examination and adjust you at this same visit. (In some cases, he may want to refer you out for X-rays before beginning care.) He’ll explain what he’s doing as he’s doing it, so you understand how the adjustments are helping with your underlying condition. Our goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible, and we want you to leave our office feeling better than when you arrived.

You can plan on 45 minutes to an hour for this first visit.

Dealing with Insurance

People are often unsure what, if anything, their insurance covers. We are happy to verify your coverage for you and explain exactly what your chiropractic benefits are. We are in-network with many insurance plans, including Medicare, and we accept all credit cards.
